Meet Pam!
Pam's journey of self-reflection and spirituality was ignited on September 11, 2001. A stay-at-home, Wall Street wife and mother of three children, whose life like many that day, was forever changed. She was eventually faced with divorce, bankruptcy and serious health issues - all of which prompted her to turn to yoga, meditation and life-coaching.
Her adversity led her down a holistic approach to every aspect of her life and has inspired The Haven Community.
Pam received her Master Life Coach Certification from Certified Life Coach Institute in January of 2020. She became a 200 HR Certified Yoga Instructor, a Series 26 and Restorative Certified Instructor. Pam specializes in helping clients of all ages define a clear life purpose, serving as an accountability resource to attain personal growth goals. Her approach is an integrated one for self-discovery - inviting members to participate in yoga, meditation, breathwork and energy practices.
Along with being a life coach, Pam is the owner of The Haven Yoga &
Spiritual Sanctuary, a full-time Media Strategist & Brand Ambassador in the healthcare industry. She loves traveling, networking and forming alliances that provide opportunities for people to achieve their life goals and dreams.
Meet Bethany!
Bethany's journey is one of resilience, healing, and transformation. Born into a family affected by poverty and generational trauma, she grew up facing frequent illnesses and allergies, alongside the challenges of her parents’ difficult upbringings. Despite these hardships, she witnessed her father’s determination to improve their situation, earning a degree while working full-time.
Bethany’s health struggles continued into her young adulthood, eventually leading to a diagnosis of Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis. Her desire to serve others led her to become a personal trainer, but unresolved food intolerances and mental health struggles spiraled into an eating disorder that nearly claimed her life. After rehab, she committed herself to healing, focusing on both her mental and physical health. Yet, more autoimmune issues followed, causing severe pain and deformation, but she pushed on and entered nursing school, graduating despite ongoing challenges.
Bethany’s path was further marked by infertility, multiple miscarriages, and the tragic loss of her cousin to a debilitating autoimmune disease. These experiences deepened her understanding of the importance of addressing both physical and mental health. She eventually overcame a Lupus diagnosis and achieved remission, which solidified her belief in holistic wellness.
Determined to make a broader impact, Bethany pursued a master’s degree in nursing and became a nurse coach, integrating nutrition, life coaching, and functional medicine. This allowed her to move beyond the emergency room setting and focus on helping others heal in a more comprehensive way. Through her coaching business, she now empowers people to take control of their health by addressing their unique needs and fostering true wellness from within.
Bethany’s journey, though filled with challenges, has led her to help others transform their own lives. She believes that healing is a holistic process and that everyone’s journey, no matter how difficult, is worth fighting for.

What is Acupuncture?
Acupuncture is an ancient Chinese medicine that uses fine needles to penetrate the skin to promote healing. Each acupuncture point lies on pathways, also known as meridians, which connect to each organ system and surface area of the body. Since every person is uniquely different, your acupuncturist tailors a treatment specifically to address the underlying root cause of a disease in order to alleviate your symptoms.
Reflexology is a complementary therapy that involves applying pressure to specific points on the feet, hands, and ears to promote healing and relaxation throughout the body. This non-invasive practice is based on the theory that these points correspond to different organs and systems within the body. Reflexology stimulates nerve function, boost circulation, and induces a state of relaxation.

Meet Your Acupuncturist
Tatiana’s inspiration to become an acupuncturist began way before that word was ever part of her vocabulary. As a child she always seemed to question “why?” more than the average kid. When her health hit a bump in the road in her late teens, this question screamed louder than ever. Acupuncture focuses on treating the cause of an illness rather than the symptoms that we experience.
Once she began treatments with her acupuncturist, the question of “why” was answered, and this ignited the fire in her to pursue her true passion. Her compassion and ability to see people’s true potential is what entices many to put their health in her hands. Tatiana received her Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology from the University at Buffalo and holds a Master’s level degree from Tri-State College of Acupuncture in New York City. She studied beneath world renowned acupuncturists such as Kiiko Matsumoto, Mark Seem, and Whitfield Reaves. She is trained in three styles of acupuncture as well as a cosmetic acupuncture technique, and a certification in the use of essential oils. Within her acupuncture training, she is also proficient in trigger point therapy, electrical stimulation acupuncture, auricular acupuncture, cupping and gua sha. In Tatiana’s free time she enjoys gardening, traveling, spending time with family and friends, and being a Cat Mom.

Meet Austin

With this technique, he uses an array of instruments from ancient cultures across the world to create a space that makes it effortless to slip into a peaceful state of mind and being. Austin is also certified as a Reiki Master and utilizes high vibrational energy (love) to balance out the rest of the energetic centers in the body and to release blockages that keep us from recognizing and merging with our highest potential self.
