The Haven Yoga & Spiritual Sanctuary is committed to providing opportunities for our community to grow and evolve. We are very excited to extend a special invitation to you all for The Haven's "Epic (Re)treat Yourself" Yoga & Meditation Spiritual Retreat!
Each year, The Haven Yoga & Spiritual Sanctuary offers a one-day local retreat in the mountains and a weekend retreat at the beach. Enjoy getting grounded in nature as we do yoga by the rivers and the beaches, meditate under the trees and take a adventurous hikes topped off with bonfire ceremonies to close out the day.
In October of 2024, we will be venturing off for a 5 night, 6-day retreat in the Algarve Region of Portugal. Join us for a memorable, unique worldly experience with us while enjoying the pristine beaches, dramatic landscapes, exquisite cuisine, wine, and authentic culture on the beautiful southern coastline of Portugal.
