Term
This pricing option is effective for 12 months.
This contract is for a monthly unlimited yoga membership, with automatic renewal each month unless cancelled according to the cancellation policy below.
Access
Mini Membership pass will have access to four (4) classes per month, seven days a week.
Foundations Auto-pay passes will have unlimited access to all regularly scheduled yoga classes at The Haven Yoga & Spiritual Sanctuary during the contract term, subject to class availability.
Foundations Plus passes will have unlimited access to all regularly scheduled yoga classes PLUS Series, Sound OR four (4) temperature therapy sessions per month
Foundations Max passes will have unlimited access to all regularly scheduled yoga classes PLUS four (4) temperature therapy sessions AND One (1) Four-class Series OR Sound Healing class per month.
Dues and Fees
The assigned monthly membership fee is due on the same day each month.
Late payments will be subject to a $22 late fee.
Cancellation Policy
The member must provide written notice to cancel at least 30 days before their next monthly renewal date. Cancellation requests received after that window will mean the membership continues for one additional month before terminating.
Studio Policies
The member agrees to abide by all studio policies regarding proper yoga attire, usage of mats and props, class arrivals, etc. The Haven Yoga & Spiritual Sanctuary reserves the right to update these policies as needed.
Liability Waiver
The member accepts the inherent risks of physical activity and waives any liability for The Haven Yoga & Spiritual Sanctuary and its staff for any injuries sustained during classes, services or on premises.
Term Changes
The Haven Yoga & Spiritual Sanctuary reserves the right to change membership pricing, policies, schedules, and other terms as needed with reasonable notice to members.
Optional Additional Terms
Membership freeze option for travel/illness for $25 per month for the duration of the freeze.
Option to suspend automatic renewal after initial term.
Join the Queen of Relaxation, Faye Nulman in a gentle floor class with energy healing and centering meditation. This class includes instruction that will guide you to move within your body's ability. Detailed instruction will allow for a deeper understanding of the fundamentals of yoga.
A therapeutic practice designed to stretch connective tissue and bring a sense of presence and focus. The Haven’s Yin classes feature guided meditation along with extended holds of only a few poses per class.
Escape the stresses of the external world and journey inwards through the calming practice of Stretch and Flow yoga. This gentle yet deeply nourishing class focuses on creating space within the body and mind through conscious breathing, mindful movements, and sustained stretches.
There are 60 minute and 75-minute options for this class.
This class is designed to provide relief and support for individuals who are experiencing chronic pain. This specialized yoga class focuses on gentle and therapeutic movements, breathing exercises, and mindfulness techniques to help manage and alleviate pain symptoms.
Each week will feature a different meditation style or modality. All feature verbal or sound/audio guidance, along with a debrief and processing time at the end of class. The flow will include individual introductions, the meditation, and group sit and processing time.
A 60-minute class of yoga for everybody. This blend of vinyasa transitions, balance and deep stretch will keep you feeling invigorated. This class starts with intention and ends with a guided savasana to reinforce awareness and strengthen the mind-body connection. Expect a personal challenge and a smile on your face as you experience the progress in your flow and continue to practice on a regular basis.
There are warm and unheated options for this class.
Invite in the balance of effort & ease with this intentional 60-minute Hatha/Vinyasa class. This flow will inspire challenge and create resiliency within the body and nervous system while also inviting in awareness to honor your needs for rest or modifications in every moment. This is a fusion of Integrate and Activate.
Sadhana means daily spiritual practice.
This dynamic 60-minute class heated at 85 degrees will invigorate your body and move your mind into awareness and realization.
A restful practice that holds yoga poses (asanas) for a longer duration using props like yoga blocks, blankets, and bolsters. It is a practice of deep relaxation that emphasizes the meditative aspect of yoga – the union of body and mind.
An exciting and dynamic class that keeps practitioners on their toes with a fresh experience every week. This class features a rotating roster of talented instructors, each bringing their unique style, expertise, and creative flair to the mat.
